Job Responsibilities: As a Technical Writer at WJ Tech Security, you will play a crucial role in translating complex technical information into easily understandable language for non-IT stakeholders, clients, and team members. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Creating clear and concise technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, policies, procedures, and reports.
2. Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in all technical documentation.
3. Developing and maintaining a style guide to ensure consistency and quality across all written materials.
4. Editing and proofreading technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
5. Communicating complex cybersecurity concepts in a simple and accessible manner to various audiences.

6. Experience in creating eBooks.
7. Creating digital products like online courses.
8. Transcription experience.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to organize and present information in a logical manner.
3. Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems (cms).
4. A background in cybersecurity or IT-related field is preferred, but not required. However, a willingness to learn and understand technical concepts is essential.
5. Prior experience as a technical writer or similar role is a plus.
